The Goodwood Festival of Speed is a motorsport enthusiasts’ dream event – wall-to-wall racing icons of both the human and wheeled varieties. But it’s also a showcase for the automotive industry, acting as a ‘moving motor show’ where car makers can not only show off their latest creations in static displays but also in action.
This year there were dozens of new and exciting models on display, such as the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N, Singer Vehicle Design’s new DLS Turbo and the prototype Polestar 5, as well as some great displays for punters to get up close with the cars. Bentley even used the event to set a new towing record with its Bentayga SUV.
