Maserati has taken the covers off the latest addition to its line-up – the stunning MC20 Cielo.
The convertible version of the recently released MC20 sports car looks even more striking than the hard-top version. And thanks to some clever technology, the retractable glass roof can turn clear or opaque at the flick of a switch; Maserati calls it Polymer-Dispersed Liquid Crystal (PDLC) technology.
The MC20 Cielo is built on the same carbon fibre chassis as its sibling, and is powered by the same 470kW 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 engine.
The MC20 Cielo is expected to arrive in Australia by the middle of 2023, with pricing and final specifications announced closer to launch.
