The Supercheap Auto Bathurst wildcard of Russell Ingall and Broc Feeney have had their first hit-out at The Mountain with two practice sessions being held today.

The #39 Triple Eight Race Engineering Holden ZB Commodore had Feeney behind the wheel in the morning session, with Ingall at the wheel in the second of the sessions.

Ingall (57) and Feeney (19) have combined as the oldest and youngest members of the Bathurst 1000 field and will be looking to continue improvement tomorrow morning, in the hope of putting together a strong qualifying session in the afternoon.

Ingall has returned to the track competitively for just the first time since 2016 whilst Feeney is making his second appearance as part of the field.

The Bathurst 1000 race will take place this Sunday, starting at 12:15pm (AEDT).

As part of this wildcard entry, this team will carry the hashtag #EnforcerAndTheKid
