Reinforcing its strong position in the recreational market, BFGoodrich has recently launched the new ‘BFGoodrich Trail-Terrain T/A’ – a premium “on-road plus” tyre with superior on-road performance and light off-pavement capability. As the tyre’s “LIVES ON THE ROAD, LOVES TO GET AWAY.” slogan suggests, this new BFGoodrich Trail-Terrain T/A is built to last, equipped for every season, and engineered to explore in all weather and road conditions.

According to Hugo De-Boischevalier, Marketing Manager for Australia, the BFGoodrich Trail-Terrain T/A responds to the post-Covid “Get Outside” and the growing DIY trends, targeting drivers of All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) vehicles, SUVs, and light trucks; adventure-ready vehicles. From trade vehicles to the weekend adventurers, this tyre wants you to load up your work gear or adventure gear and go!

“Due to the pandemic, not only has leisure travel replaced the work commute, but people are increasingly looking to go outdoors, or turning to home improvements and DIY projects. Now, they need vehicles that are ready for anything. The BFGoodrich Trail-Terrain T/A that values the freedom and versatility of AWDs, SUVs, and light trucks, is therefore the perfect tyre at the perfect time,” said Hugo De-Boischevalier.

With its superior on-road performance with light off-pavement capability, the BFGoodrich Trail-Terrain T/A features 3 outstanding advantages: ▪ Built to Last for more kilometres, thanks to an optimized footprint design featuring Full-Depth 3D Locking Sipes that provide excellent tread block stability for even wear – resulting in longer tread life, as well as a quiet and comfortable ride. The tyre is also covered by a 6-year manufacturer warranty(1) and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

▪ Equipped for Every Season, the Trail-Terrain T/A is able to take on your summer or snow adventures, thanks to the Full-Depth 3-D Locking Sipes engineered to create plenty of power and grip over the full life of the tyre.

And ▪ Engineered to Explore, as the tyre is designed to resist chipping and tearing in occasional gravel road usage, with the Serrated Shoulder design optimized for soft–soil traction in light off–pavement situations without compromising road noise. Now available at BFGoodrich’s authorized dealers across the nation, the new BFGoodrich Trail-Terrain T/A comes in a comprehensive range of sizes that cover all key OE fitments for AWDs, SUVs, and light trucks.
