Hyundai has taken its design to the next level, revealing this striking new-generation Santa Fe SUV. Taking inspiration from the boxy Land Rover line-up and its own Ioniq 5 electric car, the new family hauler is bound to turn heads.
The new look has been designed to try and ensure the Santa Fe is at home in the urban environment as it is in the wild, according to Hyundai’s design chief, SangYup Lee.

“The all-new Santa Fe is an SUV that finds a perfect balance between city life and the great outdoors, handling everything from busy family itineraries to car camping adventures,” Lee said. “With its longer wheelbase, roomy interior and terrace-like tailgate space, the new Santa Fe leans into its SUV strengths to offer more versatility than ever before as well as a premium customer experience.”
The signature element of this new look is the H-shape headlights, a nod to the brand’s name but also designed to connect with the H-motif in the lower bumper. Hyundai has also extended the wheelbase as part of this bold new appearance, while also creating more space for owners.
Hyundai hasn’t revealed any technical details of the new Santa Fe yet, just allowing the design to make the first statement. Full details of the new model will be revealed in August before Australian timing and pricing are announced.
