A pair of iconic muscle cars from different sides of the world will go under the hammer this week.
Lloyds Auctions’ Monday sale will include a 1972 Holden Torana LJ GTR XU-1 and a rare right-hand drive version of the 2014 Chevrolet Camaro Z28.
The Holden is a particularly nice example, finished in classic Patina Gold is powered by a period 3.3-litre six-cylinder engine and comes with front disc brakes, a limited slip differential and a special order Bathurst fuel tank.
But it’s not just local muscle up for grabs among the dozens of cars that will be sold via Lloyds Auctions. The lot also includes the 2014 Chevrolet, which is not only converted to right-hand drive but is one of only 200 black examples built that year.
Under the bonnet is a 7.0-litre Chevy LS7 V8 pumping out 436kW of power and 652Nm of torque.
